problem with Beko condenser dryer ..

just started using a Beko DRCS68 condenser dryer ... works fine but water is not collecting in the water tank .... there's a small amount of water appears on the floor from under the machine .
I've taken out , checked and put back both the "condenser & water tank cover " that's under the door of the machine .. and also the plastic "water tank".
any ideas ?
