Birds instant custard now 5p at Tesco

in It's gone, but was it any good?
popped into Mr Ts this afternoon for custard and crumble mix and there selling the single packs of birds instant custard for 5p

    Saw this posted on the 1p thread on Friday but it was 26p in my T this/yesterday evening :(

    I spotted this instore last night but sadly someone had cleared the shelf.

    They had also reduced some ambrosia pots and hartleys lime jelly pots to 5p and the Askseys ice cream cones were 25p instead of £1 if that helps anyone else. These were all yellow SEL reduction labels in the normal aisle not a reduced section.

    These scanned at 53p today in stockport extra but there was no SEL to query

    A little disappointed when I saw SEL 53p @ beckton, but took 1 packet with me to checkout with rest of my shopping. Got SA to scan and it came up as 5p! she offered VERY kindly to put my shopping through and pack it while I got some more. :D

    Don't worry lots more left on shelf @ 3:41pm.

    Lots of these 5p packs left in Bournemouth Extra!! Also plenty of 20p jellies, perfect for lunch boxes!
