Help please - travel insurance including water sports

In a couple of weeks I'm off on a month's trip to Australia. I'll be backpacking and sightseeing, and I need travel insurance to cover me, specifically including water sports since I will be snorkelling and going on boat trips (I assume insurance companies would try and get out of a claim if I had a boating accident and didn't have cover for water sports?}.

I'm smart enough to recognise my own ignorance when it comes to travel insurance, and since I'm under a bit of time pressure, I wondered if someone could recommend suitable reasonably priced policy/s?

Trailfinders are more expensive than some policies but offer very good cover, both in their pre-set policies (some cover water sports) and in their bespoke packages.

I used them for a trip that included some wilderness hiking and they provided great cover, though thankfully didn't have to use it.

Thanks for that girlintheattic, that's exactly what I needed! I don't mind paying a little bit extra for all the cover that's included - I don't want to have to worry about taking part in activities while I'm away :beer:
