Today I went into town for the 1st time in ages as I had to pay in 2 (small) cheques and some £2 coins! I fell into the temptation of going into my favourite clothes shop and trying on some trousers/tops in the sale. Luckily they didn't fit! Too much indulgence in the last few weeks! I then recovered my senses and avoided all clothes shops, just went to the pound shop to stock up on a few toiletries and cleaning items. With the car park and a few essential bits including a new (half price) lunch box for my DD1 spent less than £20. I'll try not to go in for a while now...

I didn't really need another pair of slippers, but they were cute with bunny ears on, but was a 3, 4 and a 5, and I need a 6 :o didn't want to just slur my words to the assistant. I also had tissue over my mouth to stop that lovely dribbling that happens with those injections so if I moved it to try and talk, I would have dribbled :rotfl: :o Saved me money at least :D
One day I might be more organised...........

PS. I also refill my bottle. How often should I change it then? I've had this one since 2nd Jan when I came back to work. Only use it during the week.
Can they be sterilised with baby bottle sterilising tablets?
I generally refill no more than twice and never refill in hot weather.
