Well I've got 18 boxes of Honey Shreddies sitting in a cupboard that cost me a grand total of £0.00 thanks to Mr T and the vouchers
Now we wouldn't normally have bought them, BUT we did need cereal!! Okay, so not 18 boxes right now (and I may well get more before the offer ends) but we probably usually spend about £1 on a box of cereal, so on this occasion I am going to add it in, and pay an extra £1 off the Credit Card every time we open a new box!!
Slightly cheating that I'm adding the whole lot this month as obviously the saving will be longer than that, but it's the simplest way and in the end it all works out the same anyway!!
I've had an epic morning of surveys today to try and clear out my inbox of the backlog of surveys I've got. Any from before the start of the month have been deleted, and I have worked my way through almost all the September ones (and there were ALOT as I'm registered with almost every survey company going!!) Obviously some of them were full or closed but I've done a heck of a lot too so bumped myself up to near payout levels for a few
Ohh what deal was this?? How did I miss it? :rotfl::jThe Money Saving Wannabe :j

Got a refund on a swim suit today which was obvioulsy designed to fit a child! Or I have growm into a giant!! As I have decided I can manage to make do without I am adding that so my Sept saving. At the end of this month I will be able to clear 1 of my oustanding credit cards which has a 0% interst rate that is ending. So 1 down, couple more to go. I may even get around to dealing with my SOA, something I have been delaying as although I knwo all the figures I don't want to write them down.
I have a meeting with a friend who is a fianacial advisor tomorrow as I was hoping to be able to withdraw some money from a pension that I have. However, after reading on these forums I don't think I can do so until I am 55 - some way off!! So will just have to keep paying debts off slowly but steadily.2015 £2 Saver #82

Hey Everyone,
I've got £1.70 to add (5p fuel voucher). I hoped to use two vouchers but i checked the dates and the one of them had expired. I didn't realise that they would expire at different times, I just assumed that you could use them until the offer ended.
I decided to fill my tank completely (never done that before!) as I want to test the mpg. I tried this on holiday (although only half filled) and managed 49 mpg, although it obviously won't be as high now as I'll be doing lots of smaller trips. Will be interesting to see the results.0 -

Another £10.50 profit on ebay sales (well it will be once they pay...) and another few bits ending later on with no bids so will wait and see there...
Ordered 2x £5 Topshop vouchers for xmas gifts from my spud shillings so another £10 there
:j
Considering selling the last of my dvds... I have digital copies of everything, and my stepdad has offered me a media box for the telly for a tenner (you plug a usb/hard drive/ memory card etc in and play the files off of it on your tv currentyl around £20-£30 to buy) So i'm quite tempted... I can sell the dvd's in my draw for another £16 in cex AND as an added bonus I will have less stuff to move out on Friday. has anyone else gone wholly digital? I don't think I'll miss the discs... and digital will last longer I just can't seem to convince myself even though it sounds logical :rotfl::jThe Money Saving Wannabe :j
