    £10-45 to add from a G@mes offer and £24-20 profit from a m@tched bet :T

I think everyone is doing really well - especially this month as it seems a tough one for lots of people in different ways :A

My spudshilings have been stuck at 300 for well over a week now, keep hoping that I will check them one day and they will have shot up :o

Edited to add the £32-20 from yesterdays m@tched bet profit which i thought I had added!

  • Well Spudshillings gone up now to 500 out of nowhere...not complaining it's the first mysterious rise I've had fingers crossed the first of many :)

stopped clicking kelkoo in daily clicks at moment as they're just not tracking...can't be a problem my side as highstreetweb tracks no bother....

Noticed a few people mention depression on here...so thought I'd come out the closet and admit why my last few days have been slow too....black cloud descends and I'm not fit for anything...rubbish really

I find it does help my mood when things sell (got quite a bit on gumtree at the moment) but there's just nothing shifting....decluttering also helps so it's part and parcel of the same thing

My mood is improved as my financial security improves, that improves when stuff sells, stuff selling declutters my surroundings and lets me emotionally and psychologically "breathe"....anyway that's my mental process :)...end of waffle xxxx
  • Quick update - traded in some schoolbooks to Amaz*n for over £30. Is is a voucher but will be used to buy things that we would have bought anyway - birthdays etc, so adding to this month's total! Signature updated.

Keep up the good work all!!

W_R I had no idea Amazon accepted trade-ins for books!! I just checked and they also take videogames :)...could be good at least to just recycle bits to get new games/books :) (especially with xmas on the way) excellent find - thanks for this x
  • ahh just wrote out a lengthy catch up of totals and my page refreshed :(

    In short...
I got £12.81 from CEX and about £7 ebay profit to add :)
Checked my quidco and have £84 due to be sent :D wont count this till it hits my account but it's the biggest payout I've had from them in 4 years :')
Also posted my Music Magpie box, only £3 to try them out but every little helps!!

Had a good night last night as well, some uni friends were back in town so went to their new house for a catch up (+wine and apparently a game of charades! lol) Supposed to be going out for buffet dinner tonight, but I bought a pizza last night (don't shoot!) so not sure I can justify with my bank or my waistline!

Hope everyone else is having a good day! :)

P.S. How do you go about trading books on amazon? I can't find it on there, do they only take educational books or do they take fiction aswell?

  • Evening all, I've updated targets/added newbies and caught up with the thread :) shame I've got nothing to add myself like :P

Well, sold a few bits on ebay but they haven't paid yet so when they have I will work out my new total.

I'm doing the Great North Run on Sunday (where's the smilie of the collapsing ginger nut? :p ) for anyone who would like to give a sponsor, I'm pretty sure I can't add it on here but if anyone wants it, I can pm a link to our just giving page which we've not actually used yet cos we've handed out paper forms instead lol. No pressure at all to anyone, please don't feel "pestered". I didn't like taking it around at work either cos I get so embarrassed at asking people for stuff like that :o
