I managed a car boot yesterday and despite getting soaked i brought home £93 profit :)

I also managed to get 17 listings onto ebay over the weekend and am listing some more stuff today starting at 99p so they are still free :)

So my total so far is £208.52 out of whatever i decided on again (sorry its too early for the brain! :rotfl:)

£5 in 5ps, 2p roadkill, 60p A*da price guarantee and £1.25 refund from the A*da delivery for a leaky carton of milk which I kept anyway so I'll count it as it was free.
So total so far is £6.87.
From now on it's all going into my Ch******s account to try and cut down what I will need to borrow from the credit union.

Long time challengers will know im a complusive gambler, i haven't gambled for 8 months now and was pretty pleased with my progress.

Has stupid has it sounds, with the thoughts of OHs Job worries on my mind, which i posted about earlier today, while out this morning ive blown £40 on £5 scratch cards...im devastated, not at the money so much more at the action of out of being out of control & gambling thinking im going to win bigand save the day!
I feel like punching myself in the face!! Grrrr im so mad with myself.

Transferred £40 out of PP this morning so i think thats why i stopped at £40 knowing that money will hit my account in a few days.

Im going to take my sorry !!! over to the Gamblers and ex gamblers thread to fess up, feel like such a hypocrite its only been a few day since i was posting advice to someone about putting blocks in place to stop herself from gambling ~ !!!!!! :(

Misskaytee; Dont beat yourself up. Everyone slips up now and again. You've done amazingly well to get where you are today and slips happen for a reason; to keep you motivated.
I know its not even in the same league but im trying to lose weight and everytime I get to a milestone I crumble and scoff myself stupid. I feel exactly like you and I vow not to do it again. Im sure I will but next time maybe it'll only be a single twirl bar and not a pack of five...! :o
