whoopieee i popped my car boot cherry today and made a very nice £96.60!:j the sale was really nice, i'd read so many warnings and scary stories on here that i was really nervous (although i'm glad i did read them cos i felt at least a bit prepared!) but ended up having a really nice time! good atmosphere, nice customers (only one person complained about the price of something and a few minutes later i sold it to someone else for the same price!), lovely staff too, and covered pitches which was a godsend when the torrential rain started!
gonna try to do another one next week cos i think i sold about 1% of all the junk i've accumulated and stored in my mum's house over the years!
now... back onto ebay!

Car boot this morning made over £85 profit (and that was after paying for a bacon buttie)
. Have given some of that away to the kids so am declaring £70.60 of this for my £10 a day. Hooray - already ahead of myself for September. :j

Hi All im off the mark with £34 from the carboot, not a great amount but it was raining so not many people about
on the plus side i did buy some bargains :j
A nica leather purse for 50p, which had a £5 argos gift voucher inside :T (which is why i bought it )
Ive been trying to lose weight and be more active ( ive lost 9lbs in 3 weeks so far) and decided to buy an exercise bike today for £25.
I thought it looked like a good one when i bought it, well when i got home checked online and found that the cheapest new one the same is a staggering £935!! and a second hand one is listed on ebay for £640 ...oh i love getting a bargain!! its actually a commerical spinning bike, not a bog standard exercise bike :T
At least i know i'll get a nice profit if it ever becomes a clothes horse! :rotfl:
Ive got a buyer coming for a pick up item later on (hopefully, they'll turn up!? ) will add that later.
as for later ....To ebay or not to ebay, that is the question!?Everyday im shufflin' Proud Padder ~ All Hail The Power of Pad0 -

Afternoon everyone :hello:
I've added all the newbies to post 2, welcome all
I have a mini update, £5 from second job yesterday and found, yes found (?!) a tenner in the car today.. no idea how it got there, I probably dropped it on way home from work last night cos I was messing with money in passenger seat cos I owed my Mum some, so I think that's when I dropped it.. could do with using it to be honest cos not got much "living money" left until pay day, well got about £20 and don't get paid until a week on Friday  but meanings as I didn't know we had it I've put it in my little stash. I'm going to pass that to my Mum to save for me I think, cos hidden in the bottom of my sock drawer it will defo get dipped into if we struggle before payday, that's why we never seam to be able to save anything - cos when we struggle I use it
So up to £50 nowhurrah! Have only listed 5 on ebay so far though, need to do some more before I finish Sunday dinner or I'll not end up listing anything else :rotfl:
