Hi - well I used £20 in boots vouchers today and got some more xmas pressiesAchieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
1) MFW Nov 21 £202K now £169.8K Equity 37.1%
2) £1.3K Net savings after CCs 16/1/26 (but owed £1.1K) so £2.4K
3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £34.8K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.3K) = 40.6/£127.5K target 31.8% 16/11/25
(If took bigger lump sum = 62.7K or 49.2%)
4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
5) SIPP £5.2K updated 16/1/260 -

Good morning to all that follow I saved 66.56 on my house insurance also it is back on monthly payments as they did not charge any extra just made my first overpayment to the credit card of £150 hopefully have some to pay but wanted to wait till nearer payday incase anything happens !£10 a day challange Feb 27/435 Jan 530/465

:j Morning all, i had a great result from ebay & bits and bobs over the weekend so can proudly announce.....
Ive hit my Targets and then some :T:T:T:T :money:
£287.50 to add from over the last couple of days plus £570.92 already made makes me
& over the moon to be declaring a grand total of...
£858.42 total for September :beer:
I will be able to bank £300 today into the damned overdraft, and im going all out Next month to get it cleared once and for all
