  • Aw i used to work night shifts and its like being in a different dimension alright! Are you on nights all the time? I worked 3 nights on 4 nights off then swapped for the following week for about 3 years.....

I would certainly add the saved money to your pot - after all its money you wouldn't normally have ;) Nice of her to not take any petrol money etc - its always good to hear of people just being nice :)

In that case I'm adding £70 (already tranferred to another account) as that's roughly what I saved in travel! Insane really.

I'm not on them all the time. Currently working in retail and got roped into working our xmas refit as I apparently "know what I'm doing" so ended up doing 12 out of 16 nights... slightly painful but hey ho last night was my last one! I've done weeks before now where I've done, say, two nights, had a day off and then worked 3 days and that's hard!

    I know, it's lovely of her. :)

well done!:beer: wish I got some sales, let alone £300... :D

wow 4 years it has been running and has helped so many people along the way. Shame we can't get the original people who started it to come and start the 4th year anniversary one.

We love you Purple :D just would be nice to thank them.
  • Hmm, interesting thought. For those who have been doing the challenge from the start, if you average £300 a month, every month thats £3600 a year so in 4 years it'll be £14,400!! crikey!!
I know if it's hadn't been for this challenge i'd probably still be in debt.
