Good luck for this afternoon! :) I know how you feel, DS1 didn't want to come out either. He was due on the 11th, but didn't turn up until the 23rd!!! Nothing worked for me (I tried EVERYTHING!) but have you tried fresh pineapple? Apparently that contains something that helps to induce labour, so might be worth a try.
  • It must be DSs - mine was due on Aug 26 but didn't turn up until 17 Sept (1994!).
Needless to say both DDs were much more punctual.

    All the best Elmo!

    Nothing earned today...

Elmo i hope the sweep works for you. My sister in law had one a few weeks ago and then had the baby an hour later! Hope it goes over this quick for you! Myself, after a number of sweeps i ended up with a 3 day labour. Very MSE as i had no food to pay for in hospital :rotfl:

A sweep is when a midwife does things to you only partners should! I didnt find the sweep itself uncomfortable, it was because I had a male midwife! Felt like I was cheating on my partner! :D Didnt work for me either and so I decided bambino is best of where she is, she'll come out when she's ready. Everyday she's in there she's getting stronger :)

Fairylicks, I couldnt remember who was talking about Maximiles, wanted to ask....how long does it take for them to register that I've signed up to something? I signed up to a terrible survey site(amongst other things) for 500points and even did a survey about 2 weeks ago and still my points havent increased. Im getting a bit fed up with that site actually....

Just adding £1 from Honey Shreddies - DS1 now loves them so will get a few more as he has cereal every day for breakfast. Would have got more today but only had one voucher on me and didn't have time to print any out.

Also, £3.50 from a clubcard voucher. Was planning on saving it for the next double up voucher run but was a bit short at the till, and didn't want to go into my overdraft as they charge me £5 a month for using it, plus interest.

    (£156.69/£300)

The time it takes to get the points through varies with the sites you join as its them that pay for the referrals - it should say on the link how long to expect to wait - if you aren't sure let me know which ones and i can check for you! i personally don't sign up for any of the offers on maximiles i just watch the videos and do the maximiles surveys - these get updated instantly or within a few days :) I get enough to cashout every 4 - 6 weeks or so. Hope that helps :)
