Do downstairs bathrooms put people off?

I don't think there would be room to put it upstairs without losing a bedroom.0

It doesnt bother me, my current house has a downstairs bathroom (albeit off a hallway not the kitchen) and it really didnt come into the equation when we bought the place. Would I like an upstairs toilet? Sure, but like your friends property the downstairs is considerably bigger than the upstairs so if I wanted an upstairs loo I'd have to sacrifice a bedroom and its really not that much of a problem to go down one flight of stairs.:A:A:A:A:A:A0
