As it is rather unclear what bank or account or product you are talking about (FlexAccount is a Nationwide current account, Lloyds may offer 'flexible' accounts but that's another matter) why not go to the branch of the bank in question and ask them how a withdawal is made there?

Failing that, if you could post here which product (or products) you are referring to we could all try to begin answering that one for you.

[I'm guessing you might be talking about making withdrawals from the 'flexible' Lloyds Monthly Saver, which pays 8% for the first two years btw. If that is the case, it doesn't actually say, so a phone call to their account opening helpline number of 0845 3 002 758 might resolve that. As it reverts to a Guaranteed Tracker account on maturity, the withdrawal features might be expected to be similar, in which case 'via internet banking' - back to your LTSB current account and thence from an ATM using your bank card, may be a possibilty. Yep, LTSB does allow you to make an online transfer from the MS account to currrent account - I've just checked my set up with them. HTH ]

    Cheers
