Hi
Still on the hunt for the perfect kitchen-its soooo hard! We went to Howdens today, and it seems ok, and we have a couple of other appointments to go to.
What I was wondering is-Howdens have a pull out 3 section recycling bin unit that fits in a 300mm cupboard, which we are planning on having in a 600mm cupboard. If we end up getting a kitchen from somewhere else, and they don't have something like this-would the one from Howdens fit into any carcass?
Thanks

To be honest, most places will do something very similar to what Howdens are selling. However, if that is the one you want, then 99% of the time it will be able to be retro-fitted into any carcase.
Although, you'll probably find something even better here: http://www.wesco-bin.co.uk/
I'd guess what Howdens do is by Wesco, but you can generally get more directly from Wesco. If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Thank you, will look through that now
The one that I wanted was 3x 10l bins in a 30cm space. The Howdens designer said that could be fitted in a 60cm sink cupboard with a hinged door. The independent we went to today (who did a great design, and a great price, and unless Keller blow them out of the water we will probably use) said all their bins can't go in a sink cupboard (they need a 60cm dedicated cupboard)
We have a freestanding 3x 10l bin, but I like the idea of it being hidden... But then I think of the extra space lol....
Just in case anyone has a Howdens catalogue-its HYH1557 that i want0 -
I found this can it go into a 60cm wide, sink cupboard and still leave enough room for plumbing, and hopefully a shelf?

Just a shameless bump-but-as we have ordered kitchen-will this work in a 600mm cupboard, with a shelf just above it/below the sink?0
