R80 Low Energy light bulbs?

The spotlights I have in the kitchen are R80 (3), and I want to replace them with energy efficient bulbs - any ideas, because I haven't seen any and have no idea what to look for.

We used megaman r80 in bathroom they do take a minute or so to warm up. We had 3 years use of them before we changed lights

They look promising - I'll check what type of energy saving they offer. I'm looking for 80% as these lights are on for hours daily. I'm not bothered about how long they take to warm up - as they are one of very few saving I can make on my electric usage.

I didnt get them on net but from Edmundson electrical think they were around £8 each now come to think of it was was 4 years ago. I still got them but for past year I used a different light for bathroom when I redecorated it, but I now use low energy bulbs 3x11w tp24.

and although they all say R80, they are different lengths and widths - I've got the tape measure out at the moment!
