Staples price promise

Keyboard and mouse finally died yesterday...and we missed them dearly
... However, a quick search at work for a replacement threw up a good deal from PC World with the reserve on line and pick up in store price being just under £21. They had none to be reserved in our local store and the ones they did have seemed really expensive. We nipped to Staples to check out their ranges and found just the one we originally wanted.
Asked the manager if they would be willing to match the PC World price (had taken the print out with me) and she said that would be no problem and that as they were matching the price promise, they would knock another 10% off as well ! :j Ended up paying just over £19 - very happy and big hugs to Staples !:T
Sorry if this is common knowledge but I didn't know Staples had a price promise and couldn't see anything on the website.
