Website advice please!

Hi folks!

I wondered if anyone advise me as to how to publish my website

I've registered the domain name with 123reg and I want to make the website with Weebly (as it just seems the easiest program and it really only needs to be a basic website)

I can't work out how to publish the website I've made with weebly? is it something to do with the dns settings with 123reg?

any advice would be muchly appreciated!

Did nothing happen when you clicked publish?

when I press publish I get this message

It appears that your domain is not properly setup to display your website. Please follow the domain setup instructions, or if you already have, allow up to 48 hours for the DNS changes to propagate.

Has it been 48 hours? If yes, then it will probably be quicker to ask their support if they can spot the error
