Security Questions

Im trying to logon to my online banking - when I registered I had to enter 2 security questions, one the name of X and one the name of Y.
At the moment I cannot get onto it because although I know the answer to the one of them I think its got a capital letter in a wierd place or something so I can't get it right and I dont want to end up locking the account. Is there any way of forcing it to ask me the other security question? Ive tried cache refreshing, clearing my cookies and everything but Im having no luck....any ideas would be appreciated. Its really urgent (have a bill going out and cant pay it!)

Can't help in this instance but for the future you might want to download this :http://keepass.info/ and store all you passwords in it. Never delay, store them as soon as you create them.Apparently I'm 10 years old on MSE. Happy birthday to me...etc0
