Received my cancellation notification this morning along with my voucher for $5 off $20 spend. I originally paid by paypal and I have emailed them to ask when they will refund my payment - has anyone elso who paid by paypal been refunded yet?

I was about to say that I got the cancellation email, but not the voucher. However, the voucher has just arrived.

Quite a good way of handling the situation from them. They cannot really sell at a negative price, but with the voucher they keep customer good will.

Just checked and my paypal refund has cleared
Once they cancelled my order i opened a dispute via paypal and play asia just refunded the money though the dispute
