Why should you get an apology or a voucher? obvious misprice simple mistake you only bought it because it was priced so cheap why are you owed an apology?

Apology and voucher received

They made a mistake on their site which inconvenienced me and took my time to order the item. So they wasted my time, even tho I was after a crazy bargain

I am surprised they send a voucher but probably won't use it unless I see something I want so I will probably post it on MSE for someone

I ordered these in the hope that they'd send vouchers as compensation, and they did! Well chuffed, as I order from them all the time. They send $5 off $50 codes with every order but these compensation codes are $5 off $20 which is very handy as I often struggle to find items to make up $50.
