Desktop up to £800??

Hi all been looking around for a decent desktop setup, but can't find anything seriously impressive, any help would be much appreciated. Monitor and Graphics card are not absolutely necessary part of the package as i can add them afterwards its just the initial mobo, memory, chip package thats important..........and before anyone asks im not building this one as its for a friend and they need it quick and i don't have the time to setup and troubleshoot and my new born baby keeps me busy!!! Any help welcome folks!!
Thanks

Ben

Gladiator Centurion CB6300 (Computer Buyer Recommended)

    Another Award winning PC System!

Described as "A graphics monster that will chomp through the latest games with ease" the Gladiator Centurion CB6300 is the winner of Computer Buyers Recommended award in the December 2006 issue.

By combining the power of the Centurion range with a high end ATi Radeon X1900 XT video card we have created a machine that was almost twice as fast as the 2nd closest contender in the group test.

    Intel Core 2 Duo 6300
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (SP2)
    Intel P965 + ICH8 PCIe Motherboard
    ATi Radeon X1900 XT 256MB
    1024MB DDR2 PC5300 Memory
320GB Hard Drive Serial ATA II
    18x DVD±RW DVD Writer
NSK4400 Mini Tower Silent Cool ATX Case
    380W High-efficiency ATX12V v2.0 Power Supply
    1.44MB Floppy Drive
    8-Channel High Definition Audio
    10/100/1000Mbps LAN
    8 x USB 2.0

    Price: £599.00 (Inc VAT)

This one seems the best value, I am actually shocked at the spec that you can get all that for £600, all its missing is 2gb and a warranty, and you can spec that up if you like, for £90 and £100 respectively.

If you go to this LINKY you will find similar machines for slightly more, with differing specs.

You could try Novatech as well, although I think they are more expensive than gladiator computers

Komplett are doing a basic core 2 duo E6300 based machine for around £480. Configurable with better Graphics etc. if you want. Also have you looked at https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk, you can get a very nice machine there for similar money but as they are configurable you can get exactly the setup you need.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

Are you not confident enough to build your own system? £800 could go a looooooong way to building a serious rig!
