Amazon Vouchers

I switched both my gas & electric from British gas to Npower with the help from Moneysavingexpert,i used one the links that was given in one of my weekly emails from Moneysavingexpert,this was February this year,it said i would receive a £30 Amazon voucher after 3 months if my memory is correct,well i haven't received it,anybody had the same problem,any help i would be grateful.

Just thought i'd add, does anyone remember which site was offering the Amazon vouchers,i seem to think it was Moneysupermarket,if so what would i need to do?
