well if i get emails like that i just delete them and i never open attachments so this will only effect anyone that takes these emails seriously0 -
"New virus found - shock, horror!"
(repeat on an hourly basis for the foreseeable future...)0 -
aww, c'mon guys.... flex is just trying to be helpful If no-one shared any such info, it'd take longer to find out how to defeat new carp. Forewarned is forearmed and all that..........Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
You may have missed my point, that there is a new virus out every hour or so, so warning about any specific virus is largely a waste of everyone's time.
More important to stress the necessity of safe computing and common sense (which, like regular backups/system images, is not common) at all times.0 -

also my point if you get any email from any company with an attachement stating your payment failed/was cancelled do not open any links or any attachment.
its easy to use your browser and check the company out and ask them direct if they sent the email and 9/10 it will be a NO.
so just delete the email0 -
also most malware etc will be within an attachment.
do what i do and set your email client to block all attachments, so you will not be able to open or save attachments.0 -
There is a virus around that Norton cannot kill and its called the Debt collector virus and it spreads like mad and you end up with different versions o0 .I'm not poor i'm just skint0

Thanks Gunjack
was only trying to be helpfull if you want to know more about what i am talking about read up here and yes agreed with some comments here there may be viruses made every day hour ect, but i was trying to be helpfull there are people online who would just open the email follow the link inside or open the attchement so better to find this on google regarding the threat then say nothing at all.
http://keepsafeonthenet.co.uk/2011/08/ach-payment-9785439-canceled/
here is the info on the trojan and malware
P.s norton has no update for it yet avg and a few other's have but its a tricky trojan to get shut off.
As for the payment company there a fake ACH do not handle tranactions there a company Like microsoft which devolop software but you can be sure in a few weeks scammers will try adding the same email with paypal, ebay ect, so prevention is better then cure i guess.
Thanks again
