I don't think you stand much of chance through the small claims court as if he has moved then the chances of tracking him down and getting a payment are slim and there is always the chance the name you have isn't even real.0

thanks, yes i think what hes looking at is any slim chance of getting any money back. it does seem this person or persons are not your average joe by diverting mail from that address to another address, makes me wonder exactly how bad they have ripped others off, seems a lot of trouble to go to for 257.00!Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!0
