Reclaiming PPI - what should I do now?

Can someone help?
I have recently contacted everyday loans over mis-sold
PPI, however they have not responded to my letter. When I contacted my local branch they stated how they hadnt received the letter?
What should I do now? Should I send the letter again to my local branch or should I contact their head office.
Thanks

The difficulty is proving you complained and the easiest way forward will be to do it again.

    Three options:

    1) Hand it into the branch and get a receipt for it.
    2) Fax it to 0845 337 9101 - this is the fax number on the FSA register. You will get an instant receipt for it and it can be done from a computer with a fax modem
    3) Send it by post and get proof of posting (free from the post office). It will be deemed to have arrived two working days later if they claim it was not.
