so from my thread at the start of August saying I'd had an offer accepted, today I am officially now the owner of my new home :j
all keys are not so present and correct, but I'm working on it.
I'm about to change the locks as it was ex rental and I've discovered the furniture that was there when I viewed it is still in place - it's a bonus because it'll be stuff I can make do with for now.
All in - not bad.
Who said homebuying was difficult? :rotfl:
