dust in a compact camera lens

Is it possible to remove it? I bought a Panasonic FX150 on ebay and it has a blob of dust sitting on the lens behind the first layer of the lens mechanism. It was not mentioned in the description, however I'm wondering if there is a way I could remove it easily?

I would imagine that you cannot see it on any images taken with the camera?
If so, then try and return it (guess you bought 2nd hand?).
If not, then not problem.0
