Make sure you put your postcode in separated with a space, else you have to fill in the whole form again. I've only got the option to request Especially Escada or Taj Sunset.

If you try requesting Taj Sunset, the United Kingdom option disappears, but reappears for Especially Escada

I've just filled my details in for the second time, to be told the advertisers do not recognise my 'zip code' even though United Kingdom DID appear on the dropdown menu for my choice of sample

did you chose the especially escada? thats the only one it works on ... I havnt received this yet though, doesnt look like anyone else has either.
