I had that same problem but if you chose the "Especially Escada" fragrance rather than "Taj Sunset" then United Kingdom appears in the drop down menu. HTH

I was getting this message too, I found out if I changed from Firefox to Internet Explorer it worked and the country details and form appeared. I'm wondering if it will be a postcard they send.
