Hi,
Basically, on the 16th of January (2011) I bought two 10 inch E-touch Elonex tablets - £149.99 each from Toys'R'Us, one for myself and one for my mum.
Since buying, we have used them only a handful of times, they're in all the original packaging, still with the screen protectors. We've been trying for months to get to grips with them, but they're awful. One won't even turn on now and the other keeps freezing and turning itself off every two minutes.
We still have the receipt and wondered if we have any rights to any sort of refund/exchange/store credit.
Thanks, Jodi.

You have to ascertain whether they actually have a fault. Have your spoken to the retailer yet? The fact that you "can't to grips with them" and they are "awful" isn't in itself a reason to get a refund/remedy.0

Yes they're definitely faulty.
This is why I said I can't get to grips with them and they're awful - I've been trying to download software updates, and have spoken to Elonex for troubleshooting, but nothing fixes the problem unfortunately
