for max benefit you have to make 60 swipes on your card for something and a penny in each of the promo months this would transfer 50 of your own cash plus 50 matched from lloyds each month into your saving acchappy days:D0

yet to be confirmed, but visa debit transactions via paypal look like a goer. Either 1p e-books or maybe even sending money to yourself (from a personal paypal account to a business one)0

I do have a standing order set up from my classic current account into the monthly saver. The Standing order is set for 1st of the month and is usually set for £50 a month (my childrens tax credit money) but depending on what I have left at the end of a month, I modify the standing order so that I can pay a bit extra.
This month I will pay an extra £50 out of that £250, and leave the £200 for general spending in order to take advantage of the save the change offer.0 -
just had a thought on this....if u did 60 1p transactions......would they block ur debit card as fraud....if so how do we prevent this?0

probably means going to a few petrol stations to get a full tank of petrol.0 -
Would a betting transaction be classed as a purchase though?
Normally these are considered cash withdrawals (eg with credit cards) as this is in effect what you are doing. There is no "purchase".0
