My partner bought me a popcorn maker from Amazon for xmas.On the site it says it plays 'funfair music'.On opening it we realised that it does not actually play music.I have Emailed the supplier who informed me that it is not supposed to play music and to get in touch with Amazon because it is up to them what they advertise.I have informed Amazon that the popcorn maker does not play music as they advertise.I have also submitted a review on Amazon for the item.All this has been going on since xmas and Amazon are still advertising the item as playing 'funfair music' and my review is nowhere to be seen!I'm happy to keep the item but I'm annoyed that Amazon are ignoring my Emails and still falsely advertising the item!

That seems really out of character for Amazon, they are usually very good at returning emails/answering complaints.

You could try phoning them, see if you get any joy that way.

I remember putting a review of an item from Aria technology on their site linked to a product I purchased and pointed out a bad thing in the item and guess what they deleted my review from the site

Take a screen shot before the page is changed, then as someone else said, call them. Tell them they are misadvertising and you either want a full refund, including P+P or a substantial discount based on the fact that it doesnt do "what it says on the tin".
