Contract law:
you made an offer to purchase
they accepted the offer and contract formed
the fulfilled their part of the deal and supplied the product
you haven't yet fulfilled your side of the deal by paying them the agreed sum
The Limitation Act 1980:
As already posted above. They can chase you for the money whenver they feel fit. Its automatically written off if they don't persue witin 6 years.0 -
