Making Llord pay up after court case win

For nearly a year i have being trying to get a deposit back off a landlord. I won a court case against them too but enforcing it is starting to take the p*ss. I laugh my t*ts off at people who think the British justice system is one of the best in the world. This is pure jingoism.
Anyway rant over. Has anyone succeeded in enforcing something similar. I have used bailiffs, the thing where the defendent is supposed to go to court and answer questions all to no avail.
Any ideas?
