i wouldn't trust any hpi figures at the moment. the land registry has burnley (the town with the £10k houses) up over 12% in the last 3 months while blackburn ( a similar local town ) seeing significant falls.3.64KW system, aurora power one inverter, South west facing with no shading in Lancashire.0
