Best router by far is anything made by Linksys, for 2 reasons. First they are made by Cisco who are one of the best network systems makers in the world and secondly most of them run on embedded Linux and are very stable.
Stay away from Belkin and 3Com in particular for ADSL routers.Windows is the path to the darkside...Windows leads to Blue Screen. Blue Screen leads to downtime. Downtime leads to suffering...I sense much Windows in you.0
