I won one of the runner's up prizes of a pair of tickets for the Leeds festival. I've been trying for ages to win tickets to this festival so well chuffed!!

I've just got back from my hols, so it was a nice surprise to get the answer phone message. I just hope that the tickets can be sent out to me in time as it starts tomorrow!!

    Very annoyed... Converse called at about half past three on Wednesday about this prize... I returned the call when I got back from my holiday yesterday, leaving a message with my details. Have just rung up today because I still hadn't heard anything and the woman told me that it was too short notice to get the tickets out! Well I think informing people late wednesday afternoon is a little late and expecting people to be in or available to take the call. She was quite short with me, not at all apologetic. I had already started planning the trip. I'm fuming but am not sure where I stand. Is it worth writing the Converse about this? Not sure what the terms and conditions were. Has this happened to anyone else? Grrrrrrr!

    I would call up and ask if they can re-issue for next year?
    As its too late for them to do anything this year.
