Using Attraction Vouchers in the US

I ordered New York City Passes from a UK company who were cheaper than buying them in dollars, but unfortunately didn't realise that whilst they advertise "real tickets, not vouchers", this was mainly for Orlando theme parks and not the City Passes.

I've now received the vouchers, and can't see anything like a bar code or reference which links them to City Pass, only an instruction for the attraction to invoice the supplier in the UK.

It looks like something I could have rattled up myself and I can't see what's to stop anyone simply photocopying the voucher and flooding the attractions to get loads of passes for the price of one.

I've no reason to doubt the authenticity or intentions of the supplier, but it just looks amateurish to me. Has anyone experience of anything similar?
