my gas/electric bill has gone up to£184.00 a month,fpay rom £121, am at my witts end , how can i pay that.

Who's the supplier? What tariff are you on? Have you checked your unit rates? What type of meter?0

Well it depends on how much you use and how much your current balances are. £184 pm could be reasonable but no one could help you unless you post your annual actual KwH usage and the current balances for both gas and elec.0 -
