You need to set preferences to preclude 'buyers who have a primary address in countries I don't delver' or words to that effect. Then preclude the counties and ensure they show in the listing.0

yes, i have that (i think !! lol!!)
on my listing in the P+P section i have a list of places i do not post to,
then i my buyer pref's - - have it set to 'block buyers who primary shipping address is in a location i do not ship to'
so how are they still able to bid ?0 -
This is a funny turn that has happened to me without explanation a couple of times. And I have had the reverse, with buyers in countries I'm happy to post to blocked.
I checked all my settings (they were all OK) and clicked on Apply again, and it all went back to normal, but that might well have been a coincidence. Ebay does have occasional hiccoughs, but I realise that doesn't help when you have an actual bid. If it's a country you really don't want to post to, you could end the auction and start again, or one of the real experts on here might have a better suggestion.0 -
Maybe contact eBay Livehelp and check with them, they've always been quite helpfull. I had a similar issue a few weeks ago (buyer with -3 feedback was bidding on my listings when I had it set to exclude negative buyers) and they said there was a technical problem, cancelled the buyer's bid and re-set my account.0

If they had negative feedback they must have been another seller which is odd as I would have thought such a dreadful seller wouldn't have risked his account even further by using to to buy as well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
