    In Sainsburys what happens is, take fresh pizzas for example. Lunchtime, they will reduce them and keep them at the pizzas. Then later on in the day, they get reduced and moved to a general reduced area. There is a separate area for raw meat/fish and others. Plus there are reduced areas for fruit/veg and bakery products. Only bakery products that get reduced are prepacked cobs, crumpets, Mr K stuff and pitta bread. We don't reduce prepacked sliced bread and instore bakery products such as bread and cobs.
