Competition Entry

1. Competition is open to participants of 18yrs and over as of 15/08/2011
2. Participants are aware at the time of entering the competition that they are signing up to receive a free 2012 Coast and Country Holidays Brochure and that their details will also be entered into our database to be used for promotional marketing emails.
3. All entrants agree to any publicity Coast and County Holidays arrange with regards to winning the holiday.
4. Competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Coast and Country Holidays.

Competition Details

1. Competition will be drawn on 10/10/2011.
2. The winning holiday must be taken in one of our holiday cottages during 2012.
3. Value of winning holiday is £600 (six hundred Great British Pounds), no cash alternative will be offered.
4. The winner will be notified by telephone/email on the 10th October 2011.

General

1. Coast and Country Holidays will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special, punitive or consequential loss), loss of profit whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, cost or damage, incurred or suffered by You in connection with entering this Competition.
2. Coast and Country Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by an event outside of Coast and Country Holidays control. Such events shall include but not be limited to war, threat of war, riots, civil commotion, act of God, government, terrorist activities, strikes or other industrial action, accident, technical problems with transportation, natural disaster, storm, flood, fire.
3. Coast and Country Holidays reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
