All contact is via their website.

http://www.call1899.co.uk/customerservices/customerserviceslogin.php and then report a fault. Everything else takes you in a loop but reporting a fault can get you to a free text webmail box.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

I reported that I couldn't log in to Finarea (version 18185) yesterday, via their website. Immediate acknowledgement. In the event, it started working again. Today got an email with a link to a message on their website that they had tested my login and it was now working, and apologies that there could have been a transient technical hitch.

What I do wonder is how to contact Finarea if they pull the plug on the website(s). Letter to Lugano, in theory. Motto: make sure you pay by direct debit, so that you can claim an immediate refund from your bank if Finarea does issue a wrong invoice and then pulls the plug on the website(s).

AFAIK, in defiance of Ofcom's General Conditions, Finarea is not a member of a UK dispute resolution service.
