help plz

Hi all i was seeking some advice please. I am currently in my 3rd year of my 6 year iva. S o far had a few hiccups but nothing major ie payment break of a month for my car blowing up and just recently had a 2 month break after having surgery. I had a variation meeting at this point where my iva was increase by another 3 months. However today my husband has picked up his wages and it was £80 short, he is salary paid and after speaking to his boss it is apparently a tax code increase for the use of a company car, and he will pay this every month from now on. My question is do i tell iva about this? They do know he has a company car but apparently its a new tax code for company cars. Do you have to tell iva this or not only if it is a problem?? what will happen if i tell them plz???
