I posted a couple of days ago that I had lost item claims from both China and from Australia and was in the process of refunding them both. Just got a paypal gift payment today from the Australian buyer saying that item has just turned up after all so he was refunding the refund.
Well done that buyer, I knew the Australian postal service wouldn't let me down.

I would concur. In fact, I rate Australian buyers as the best. Mine are incredibly honest. I had similar where I sent a parcel twice - it didn't leave the dispatch screen overnight - he emailed me and asked for an invoice. I told him not to worry and he gifted the money.0
