I wonder if you could train a dog to do its business on their wonderous sensor?

You mean like the time it was discovered here that a standard bakers mince pie fitted perfectly into the lens recess of a speed camera? :o:D

Even the thickest ppc troll would go to the bay and see there's no car there,(ticket stuck to cardboard?) Mind you he/she would have to justify why no ticket was issued.

No, I am thinking the cardboard message just stays there and cars come and go in a busy car park, so when the PPC chap goes to put a ticket on the latest car they will be completely wrong every time. It does mean some peeps will get a fake PCN but it's a means to an end if all those people will be very miffed and keen to prove the PPC wrong.

= LOTS of complaints, press interest, and p*ssing off the PPC when they realise what has happened when the car park empties and all these little cardboard squares are revealed, day after day.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

how very clever and farsighted of TCP to study the relevant provisions of the Freedom Bill, decide the game is up for APNR (or is that VNPR?) and to get their retaliation in first

Er..somehow I rather think not ..they were on the front page of my local paper only about a month ago for setting up ANPR in our ASDA that did the "Parking Eye scam" i.e. if you visit twice a day it only recorded the first in and last out ..so you get a ticket for staying all day !!!

    AND

Only 3 weeks ago I saw TCP installing ANPR in another ASDA ...

a PPC clever and farsighted ...not likely really is it ???

Quite a few spelling mistakes on their site too, i'm not saying what they are though.

    Let the thicko's find them.

If i were a potential customer i would be having reservations. If they cannot get spelling right on their website they can't be getting anything else right either.

In fact if they came to me to try and con me into a parking arrangement, they wouldn't even get through the door.

    Pure utter amateurs.

At least they agree they are invoices and therefore subject to a dibs for the vatman.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

I can get my hands on loads of cardboard. Just to make it harder to spot, make sure to paint it black to match the tarmac.
