Dunsin Surveyors in Guildford - any experiences?

We're buying a property in Guildford and are in the early stages at the moment - got mortgage agreement in principle and have instructed conveyancing solicitors, so the next step is to get a survey done. I think we're leaning towards the full structural option rather than the homebuyer's report.

I've just started looking at a few firms in Guildford and seen this RICS registered company - Dunsin Surveyors - offer the survey for a fixed fee of £650+VAT. This is the first price I've seen but it's lower than I was expecting so I'm not sure if it's any good or not! Do any forumites have experience of this company or can you recommend any others in the area?
