Cover for rotary clothes drier

Some time ago I saw one of these. Its like a large umbrella which fits over your outside clothes drier.I cant find one on ebay and via google but does anyone know the manufacturer or a retailer.
Also does anyone use one and if so does it work. The one I saw a year or so ago cost I beleive about £30 which if it works in wet /damp weather is great. If however the clothes just stay damp its not too useful or economic.
I was thinkig of this as a present for my wife so as a romantic I need to be sure it will work.
Thanks

Nothing to do with money saving but in my mind romance is usually characterised by presents with little functional value (flowers, chocolates, jewellery, underwear, a weekend away, a spa day)

Of course it could have been irony.:D
