Hi,
Just had a mail shot from a company called "EXPRESS ESTATE AGENCY" has anyone used or heard good or bad reports of them?
We have been trying to sell for the last 3mths.

I believe they're a firm that sells your house for quite a bit less than the actual market value, in most cases an average of £10,000-£20,000 less to encourage a quick sale. 3 months isn't too bad when selling your home especially when the economic climate is only starting to pick up. If you are desperate, maybe try another agent/two at the same time, see if they are advertising on Zoopla, etc. You could always try an ebay listing!0
