    It will be rolled over.
Its good to have a credit balance going into winter.
That gum you like is coming back in style.
  • I am also on SOL2 and planned to switch to SOL9 on Sept 1st.

I was wondering if it would be a good idea to do a meter reading on
the end date, 31st August, and request a bill ? Also if SOL9 does not start until Sept 13th what plan would i be on in the period 1st Sept to 13th Sept ?

I would be very grateful if anybody could advise me on the above.

Always helps to give a meter reading ... otherwise they will estimate it on that date.

If SOL2 ends 31 August and SOL9 doesn't start until 13 Sept, then you will have to agree what tariff to go on in the meantime. Make sure there is no early exit fees for that interim tariff; choose their standrad rate tariff if nothing else is suitable.

They should be able to best advise you when you contact them :)

    Hi highet,

Any credit/debit will just remain on the account, nothing will change apart from the tariff that your on.

    Hi Johnny L,

Agree with the others, it is a good idea to put meter readings online for the date of the tariff change.

SaveOnline 9 is available to change on to now, so once your current tariff ends you can change on to it straight away.
